Still waiting for an undamaged product

The first product you sent was damaged, sink cracked, door and carcass damaged. Emailed and sent photos to get a FULL replacement. Waited and waited. Eventually a single door was sent as a replacement.. called multiple times today with promises to “get back to me”. It’s 9pm and I’m still waiting! How terrible is that customer service. We are now held up because of this and won’t have a bathroom for even longer. Don’t even know if we are going to receive a replacement! Will be taking this higher up if nothing is resolved by close of business Monday. Will never be purchasing from you again. Quality of the cabinets are terrible (coming from an ex joiner).
