- Product Failure due to improper installation
- The returned product has been installed, used or damaged without manufacture faulty
- Simply Change of Mind
Where Product return been accepted, refund will be issued after our inspection. Please note, refund amount may not necessary to be the full price amount you paid when you place the order. Re-stocking fee, transportation cost will be deducted from the original payment amount.
Delivery
Generally speaking, Ideal Bathroom Centre accept Australian Domestic Address only, and various freight cost will be applied depends on location. Delivery Address should be correct and accessible, you may responsible for extra delivery cost due to incorrect address detail or inaccessible site condition for delivery.
