Warranty

Installation must be completed by a licensed tradesperson, and proof of purchase is required.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Do not proceed with installation if your product is incorrect or damaged.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for change of mind on Made-to-order items like Vanities, Benchtops, Tallboys & Ensembles, Shaving cabinets, and Laundry Cabinets. We make these items especially for you and cannot restock them.

Otherwise, a Return Authority (RA) must be obtained prior to return by lodge an application online-Return & Claim
Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking details must be provided within 7 days of RA approval.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
