All measurements are in millimeters and subject to change without notice. For product, please allow +/- 10mm tolerance for manufacturing variance. It is recommended to have the product on site before commencing installation rough in. Installation must be done by a licensed professional plumber.

Warranty

Warranty is covered by Milano. Please check the Milano warranty structure as below link.

Installation must be completed by a licensed tradesperson, and proof of purchase is required.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Do not proceed with installation if your product is incorrect or damaged. 

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Stocked items may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. A restocking fee will apply, calculated from the original invoice price.

A Return Authority (RA) must be obtained prior to return by lodge an application online-Return & Claim
Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking details must be provided within 7 days of RA approval.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• To maintain the finish on your cabinet use only a soft cloth and weak solution of non abrasive detergent.
• To remove scratches, marks, etc. on two pack polyurethane, rub gently with car cutting compound, car polish or household
brass/silver cleaner.
• Goods used in construction are water/moisture-resistant, but not water-proof.
• All cabinets should be installed at least 300mm away from showers or bathtubs to avoid water damage.
