Notes:
All measurements are in millimeters and subject to change without notice. For product, please allow +/- 10mm tolerance for manufacturing variance. It is recommended to have the product on site before commencing installation rough in. Installation must be done by a licensed professional plumber.

Warranty

Domestic: 7 years (1 year parts & labour)
Commercial: 1 year

Installation must be completed by a licensed tradesperson, and proof of purchase is required.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Do not proceed with installation if your product is incorrect or damaged. No warranty claims will be accepted once products have been installed.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Stocked items may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. A restocking fee will apply, calculated from the original invoice price.

A Return Authority (RA) must be obtained prior to return by contacting：support@idealbathroomcentre.com.au.
Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking details must be provided within 7 days of RA approval.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Clean regularly using warm water, mild detergent, and a soft cloth or sponge. Remove stain-causing liquids promptly.

Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry with a microfibre cloth after use to prevent water spots and limescale.

For stubborn limescale, use a granite-safe cleaner or an occasional diluted vinegar solution (1:3).

Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, wire wool, and harsh chemicals.
