Domestic:
Bath Shell and Structure 10 years (1 year parts & labour)
Commercial: 1 year parts & Replacement

Installation must be completed by a licensed tradesperson, and proof of purchase is required.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Do not proceed with installation if your product is incorrect or damaged.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Stocked items may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. A restocking fee will apply, calculated from the original invoice price.

A Return Authority (RA) must be obtained prior to return by contacting：support@idealbathroomcentre.com.au.
Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking details must be provided within 7 days of RA approval.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Maintenance & Care

Clean the bath using a soft cloth or sponge with warm water and mild, non-abrasive detergent. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry after use.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, strong chemicals, or acidic products, as these may damage or dull the surface.

Avoid placing hot objects, such as hair straighteners, on any
surface as these will cause discolouration and marking.

Avoid direct sunlight and do not use the bath outdoors.
