Installation must be completed by a licensed tradesperson, and proof of purchase is required.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Do not proceed with installation if your product is incorrect or damaged. No warranty claims will be accepted once products have been installed.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Stocked items may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. A restocking fee will apply, calculated from the original invoice price.

A Return Authority (RA) must be obtained prior to return by contacting：support@idealbathroomcentre.com.au.
Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking details must be provided within 7 days of RA approval.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Never clean tapware, showers, or accessories with chemical, citrus-based cleaners, or abrasive pastes and powders.
For regular maintenance, wipe with a soft, dry cotton cloth to remove dust and water marks.
For a deeper clean, wipe surfaces with a soft cotton cloth dampened in warm soapy water (less than 2% liquid soap). Rinse thoroughly using clean water only, then gently dry with a soft, dry cotton cloth.
