Installation must be completed by a licensed tradesperson, and proof of purchase is required.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Do not proceed with installation if your product is incorrect or damaged. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Stocked items may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. A restocking fee will apply, calculated from the original invoice price.

A Return Authority (RA) must be obtained prior to return by lodging an application online - Return & Claim.

Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Tracking details must be provided within 7 days of RA approval.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Maintenance & Care

The finish of your Thermorail Heated Towel Rail is hard wearing and easy to maintain however any harsh scrubbing, scratching or acid based cleaning products will damage the surface of your towel rail. Cleaning with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaning agent will give the best results.

Description

A Heated Towel Rail is an affordable luxury for every bathroom. The arch shape of the DSP6BR creates a soft gentle feel to create a stylish design feature in your bathroom.

The Thermorail single bar heated towel rails are all 12 volt which means they are safe to be installed anywhere in the bathroom, even close to water. The single rails are designed to be installed in a series of rails limited only by your imagination. We do however recommend a minimum of 3 single rails are used in a set to provide enough heated surface area in contact with your towels to help them to dry.

The DSP6BR is a straight flat profile with arch shaped ends which offers a sleek design in your bathroom and comfortably accommodates for one towel. The brushed stainless finish will match in perfectly with your brushed stainless tapware in the bathroom.

All the 12 volt single bar rails are provided with a transformer in the box. We also recommend the use of the mounting system for installing and using a timer to control the rails and save on running costs.
