Installation must be completed by a licensed tradesperson, and proof of purchase is required.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Do not proceed with installation if your product is incorrect or damaged. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Stocked items may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. A restocking fee will apply, calculated from the original invoice price.

A Return Authority (RA) must be obtained prior to return by lodging an application online - Return & Claim.

Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Tracking details must be provided within 7 days of RA approval.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Maintenance & Care

The finish of your Thermorail Heated Towel Rail is hard wearing and easy to maintain however any harsh scrubbing, scratching or acid based cleaning products will damage the surface of your towel rail. Cleaning with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaning agent will give the best results.

Description

A Heated Towel Rail is an affordable luxury for every bathroom. The Thermorail vertical heated towel rails are designed to help dry your towel and create a design statement in your bathroom particularly in bathrooms with limited wall space. The Brushed Gun Metal finish of the VSH900HBGM matches in perfectly with your tapware.

All Thermorail vertical heated towel rails include an optional towel hook which can be fitted on the rail at the time of install. This hook allows for the towel to be more easily hung over the vertical rail.â€¯Whilst the vertical rail will assist in drying your towel, it does have less surface contact then a ladder rail and therefore will be less effective in drying and warming your towel than a ladder.

The VSH900HBGM is a 240V Vertical Heated Towel Rail, this means a transformer is not required and the rail connects directly into the 240V power. This provides an easier install process and eliminates any potential issues that can be associated with transformers. We also recommend the useâ€¯of aâ€¯timerâ€¯to control the rails and save on running costs.

One towel per bar recommended.
