Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Do not proceed with installation if your product is incorrect or damaged. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Stocked items may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. A restocking fee will apply, calculated from the original invoice price.

A Return Authority (RA) must be obtained prior to return by lodging an application online - Return & Claim.

Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Tracking details must be provided within 7 days of RA approval.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Maintenance & Care

The finish of your Thermorail Heated Towel Rail is hard wearing and easy to maintain however any harsh scrubbing, scratching or acid based cleaning products will damage the surface of your towel rail. Cleaning with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaning agent will give the best results.

Description

Heated Towel Rails are an affordable luxury for every bathroom for warming and drying your towels. The SS81M Heated Towel Rail is an 800x440 4 bar polished stainless steel ladder rail. The size of the SS81M is ideally suited for areas with minimal overall height such as under a window, whilst still suitable for two towels.

The SS81M towel heater features multiflex wiring. This means that you have a connection point on the right or left hand side of the rail, this would be typically at the bottom but the rail can be flipped so that it is at the top and provides the option of hardwired or plugin, all as standard out of the box.

The electric towel rail is designed to rapidly heat up and reach a temperature of around 45-55 degrees. The rail can be operated using an on/off switch however we recommend using a timer to allow you to set and forget and control your running costs. As the rail is electric it is very energy efficient and can cost as little as a $1 a week to run.
