Warranty

Residential framed-mirror glass cover: 2 years for purchases after 1 December 2025. Commercial product replacement for this category: 1 year.

For glass bought before December 2024, the manufacturer states a 1-year term. Its VP-generation update identifies revised terms from January 2025; coverage remains subject to the applicable product-generation and purchase-date conditions.

Where applicable, Otti’s manufacturer warranty covers faults arising from materials or workmanship present at manufacture. Coverage is subject to the product’s installation, care, use, purchase-date and proof-of-purchase conditions; installation damage, misuse and normal wear are excluded under the manufacturer’s terms.

Manufacturer warranty conditions depend on the product, component, purchase date, installation, care and residential or commercial use. Refer to the current Otti guide for applicable terms.
